This is what i could come up with listening to parts of the song.  this is the distorted guitar portion as follows in the chorus

The first two / are bends. I find it sounds better if you start with the string pulled down and then back to normal position. 

The last / is just the slide from 3 to 5.  This slide has to be done relatively quick to get the sound.  you almost have to start moving your finger before the pik it..  you'll understand once you hear how it plays and hear the song

It sounds pretty good to me.. at least when i play along with the song.
