Do you know her yet? She has a single on the Billboard Charts called "COUNTRY GIRL" and I am looking for the lyrics. Reminds me of home. Ever since Rissi came into the country scene, I've been pretty interested in her. She also just came out with her latest single, "No Air" (Jordin Sparks) and while I hadn't heard the pop/r&b version of this song yet I thought it was really good. Rissi "countrifies" the song with nice fiddle, mandolin, and steel guitar and her vocals are awesome. Guess it didn't hurt that Taylor Swift's producer produced it! I can't thank you enough for turning me onto Rissi Palmer! After I listened - I was HOOKED! I signed up on CMT to get updates on her and yesterday I got an email that they just debuted her new "NO AIR" video - this one was filmed on a beautiful island (I wonder where that is! I'm there!), the video is so warm and real, with lots of different luscious scenery (including rissi!) and her voice fits so well with the soothing surroundings…
The director that did the video also did my favorite videos for LeAnn Rimes and Alan Jackson - she's really good - she caught what attracts me to Rissi - her essence - she definitely has an amazing aura about her; and her undeniable talent, she's definitely heading for an amazing future!

....I thought id update you on some info i just found out about rissi, well not really info, but she is the new issue of St. Louis Woman Magazine. It just came out a couple days ago, but it is an amazing cover story of her..she looks amazing and the article is graet, just thought i'd let you know and hope you can check it out-  |
